Affiliate Terms and Conditions

The TAG MY BOX Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to earn commissions by promoting our products and services through unique affiliate links. Commissions are paid for qualifying referrals that result in sales or conversions.

To participate in the Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have a valid website, blog, social media presence, or other approved marketing channel
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where affiliate programs are prohibited
• Provide accurate and complete information in your application

We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion. Approval does not guarantee ongoing participation in the Program.

Commission Structure:

• Commissions are calculated based on qualifying sales or conversions attributed to your affiliate links
• Commission rates and payment terms are specified in your affiliate dashboard and may vary by product or service
• Commissions are only paid for completed transactions that meet our qualification criteria
• We reserve the right to modify commission rates with 30 days' notice

Payment Terms:

• Payments are processed monthly, typically within 30 days after the end of each calendar month
• Minimum payout threshold applies (amount specified in your affiliate dashboard)
• You must provide accurate payment information and tax documentation as required
• You are responsible for any taxes on commissions earned
• We may withhold payments if there is suspicion of fraud or violation of these Terms

As an affiliate, you agree to:

• Promote TAG MY BOX products and services in a professional and ethical manner
• Use only approved affiliate links and marketing materials provided by us
• Comply with all applicable laws, including advertising, marketing, and data protection regulations
• Disclose your affiliate relationship in accordance with FTC guidelines and local regulations
• Not engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading marketing practices
• Not bid on or use our trademarked terms in paid search advertising without written permission
• Not create fake accounts, use bots, or engage in any form of click fraud
• Maintain the confidentiality of your affiliate account credentials

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Spam, unsolicited emails, or any form of unsolicited marketing
• Misrepresenting TAG MY BOX products, services, or brand
• Using trademarked terms in domain names or social media handles
• Self-referrals or purchasing products through your own affiliate links
• Cookie stuffing, link manipulation, or other fraudulent tracking methods
• Promoting on websites that contain illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Violating intellectual property rights or privacy laws
• Interfering with or attempting to manipulate the affiliate tracking system

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice. We may immediately terminate your participation if you:

• Violate these Terms or our policies
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Fail to maintain an active marketing presence
• Bring disrepute to the TAG MY BOX brand

Upon termination, you must immediately stop using affiliate links and remove all TAG MY BOX branding and marketing materials. You will receive commissions for qualifying referrals that occurred before termination, subject to our payment terms.

All TAG MY BOX trademarks, logos, and marketing materials are our exclusive property. You may use approved materials solely for the purpose of promoting our products in accordance with these Terms. You may not modify, alter, or create derivative works of our intellectual property without written permission.

THE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee:

• That the Program will be available at all times or free from errors
• Specific commission amounts or earnings
• That your marketing efforts will result in sales or conversions

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active affiliates via email with at least 30 days' notice. Continued participation in the Program after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you may terminate your participation.
